I woke up early on the wonderful Lake Powell. Unfortunately I planned a little poorly, and, having been told that I wouldn't have anywhere to run, I didn't bring running shoes. Because of this I decided to swim. I swam about 1200 yards, 300free w/u, 300 back, 600 free pace-ish. Then, needing a workout to really get my legs used and my heart pumping I did this kick drill: 60 seconds fast 60s normal 60s fast 50s normal 70s fast 60s normal 60s fast 40s normal 80s fast 60s normal 60s fast 30s normal 90s fast 60s normal 120s fast. Then I got out and did core: crunches 30 30 40, and incline pushups 10 normal, 10 triangle, 10 army.
