Pwned Puke Hill. 'nuff said really.... well... I was the second one up the hill proper. Then I fell behind when we started up again after the look out. My knee started bothering me again at about 3, 3.5 miles. I just ran through it and all of the sudden, just after the turn around I felt great. On the way back I passed RJ, Nathaniel, Vougn (is that how you spell it?) Geo, and almost caught Miss Hurst. (Well technically I beat her to the road, but she had a good 50-70 meters on me when she stopped.)

Thanks to my wraps my knees survived. And thanks to my guardian angels I survived (I made the last 1.5 miles in about 10 minutes. Going down a gravely hill, few sane people would call that safe.) And thanks to ... yeah I can't think of any more.

On a strange aside, I've lost almost 6lbs since returning from Sweden... don't know how that happens.
